Craftcake Designs was born into this world in a little tiny dorm room at Ball State University my junior year of college in 2008. After many years of watching & learning, I finally pulled the trigger and started my own online shop... mainly to give myself some income to support my college crafting habit. My first etsy sale was a pair of earrings that my Auntie bought the morning after Craftcake opened. :) I've carried this little business now for 7 years through several cities, and tiny little apartments, and we're still kickin'!

After a job loss & personal reinvention in 2013, Craftcake changed it's look, feel, and product line while maintaining the same magical vision. In spring of 2015 I felt drawn into the world of sticker-designing and shifted gears again toward the planner community. I feel that online entrepreneurship is an ever-evolving endeavor and going where the wind blows me feels right as long as I'm not sacrificing my style and values! I'm now working as a Scrapbooking Instructor, Photographer, and Online Shop owner. Broke, but living the dream. :) I'm excited to see where this next chapter is taking me!
